The "Bogenhausener Tor" consists of three office towers and one hotel tower with sloping roofs and softly curved forms. It is located directly at the junction of the A94 freeway with Prinzregentenstrasse and Einsteinstrasse and is thus the "gateway" to the east of the city. In order not to overpower the classical perspective of Munich with the new buildings, the height was limited to 84 meters. Between the towers are open spaces and water areas that provide a high quality of stay. All buildings were planned and constructed with sustainability in mind. The double-skin facade and the use of district heating contribute to an energetically efficient overall concept.
