The Seven
The new buildings on the site of the former combined heat and power plant tie in with the historical development of the area, which has always stood out from the rest of the development with special buildings such as a military hospital, a school and the combined heat and power plant. Even from a distance, The Seven is recognizable by its preserved chimneys, which can be seen again and again in the street canyons of the city center.
The 56-meter-high former machine tower houses exclusive apartments and offices. The old front garden area with its striking tree population has been preserved and can be used as a square for everyone. The site, which is integrated into the neighborhood's block development, also houses around 80 apartments and an office and commercial complex.
