Peschelanger Student Residence

New living space was created through restructuring: following the demolition of an office building at Peschelanger 3, 141 apartments were created for students under the name "Home Base". There is a sports facility on the roof. A children's daycare center is located in the inner courtyard. The "Home Base" advertises itself with its compactness, the good surrounding infrastructure and the connection to the universities and the city center.
