"The Flute Player" by the local street art collective "The Blue Bird" looks down from the eighth floor.
A blue bird sits on the flute on the next wall of the house.
On another house wall, a cat seems to be listening to the flute playing.

Façade design on Karl-Marx-Ring
In 2023, the local artist collective "Der blaue Vogel" and the Italian artist Peeta created large-scale graffiti at a dizzying height on two 25-metre-high facades of buildings at Karl-Marx-Ring 75-83. This turned the 50-year-old, unattractive tower blocks into an open-air gallery.
House number 75 is now adorned with a boy with a flute. The picture is a tribute to the artist Wolfgang Niesner, who died in 1994 and lived and worked in Neuperlach. A blue bird and a cat can be seen on the neighbouring walls. The blue bird is the trademark of the artists' collective. The art of the five sprayers can be seen all over Germany.
The Italian artist Manuel di Rita, alias Peeta, has immortalised himself on a lift tower of the number 83 building and around some of the windows. His curved shapes in various shades of blue and grey give the impression from afar that the building façade is in motion thanks to their 3D look.
