Gleaming white residential buildings with black and yellow balconies and bright orange walkways on Heinrich-Böll- and Mutter-Teresa-Strasse create a striking ensemble. They are successful examples of contemporary residential architecture with a high aesthetic standard. Here, the wagnis3 residential cooperative has implemented its vision: intergenerational living in a lively neighbourhood with plenty of freedom for personal initiative and participation. The five houses with a total of 97 apartments and three guest apartments form independent units, connected to one another by bridges. Each has dedicated community areas, including a neighbourhood meeting place, restaurants, a small library, a workshop, a roof terrace and various garden plots.
