Trainee living on the Innsbrucker Ring
At the intersection of Grafinger Straße and Innsbrucker Ring, Münchner Wohnen has built 91 apartments for Munich trainees. The aim of the project was to create affordable housing for young tenants who are having a particularly difficult time on the housing market. There are two types of apartments: compact single apartments with up to 26 square meters and double apartments with up to 49 square meters. In addition, common rooms with a kitchen and lounge areas were created so that the household can meet and exchange ideas. The young people themselves or the training companies can apply for the apartments, as long as they are located in the Munich city area. The rent is subsidized by the companies.
