Former garden center Aribonenstrasse

The apartment building at Aribonenstrasse 22 is part of the listed ensemble of the Ramersdorf village center. The brick building, which was built around 1900 in the Renaissance style, was originally a garden center and was renovated from 2015 to 2018 by the Munich Society for Urban Renewal (MGS). As many architectural elements as possible had to be preserved in order to protect the listed building. The former garden center building is considered a model building project and is groundbreaking in dealing with comparable buildings.
