Eggenfabrik / Action sports centre
The old harrow factory, which once built agricultural equipment, is located on Erna-Eckstein-Straße. The listed building from around 1900 has been renovated in recent years and converted into an action sports hall. The hall was handed over to the HIGH FIVE club in March 2025 an opened in July 2025. The gable walls and steel scaffolding have been retained and Munich's largest indoor street park for skateboarding and BMX has been created on the 1,000 square metres of space. A total of 4,600 square metres of indoor and outdoor space is available for trend sports such as freestyle, skateboarding, street courses, BMX, dirt bikes, chair skating, miniramps and jump lines. The hall will also provide space for school sports. The Pasing action sports hall is the first municipal sports facility project for trend and action sports that the state capital has planned, built and financed independently.
