The striking green-coloured façade of the My O, designed by the window arches, catches the eye.

Round arches in the façade alternate with rectangular elements.

The green façade is inspired by Munich buildings from the 1920s, for example the Löwengrube police station.

Office complex My O
There's no doubt about it - with its unusually curved arches and arcades as well as its colour scheme, My O is (architecturally) unique. The striking head-end building on the future Nymphenburger Platz consists of three adjoining building sections along the railway axis and a plaza with a fifth, stand-alone building. The name of the pale green office complex at the Laim S-Bahn station stands for My Office. Opinions are divided on the colour of its façade: They range from obtrusive to bold to pleasantly different compared to the white-grey building facades of the surrounding area. It was modelled on green plaster façades on Munich buildings from the 1920s. The architecture, dominated by numerous round arches, also gives rise to controversy. It is modelled on commercial buildings in Hamburg. So that the 250 metre wide office building does not look like a massive block, its structure was broken up by varying storey heights. It stands on a former railway site and today offers space for around 27,000 square metres of office space.
