Cooperative living wagnisPARK

The wagnis housing cooperative has built two buildings with 75 apartments in Prinz-Eugen-Park, which were planned in conjunction with future tenants. The result: tailored housing for singles, couples, families and families of choice. In addition to conventional apartments in wagnisPARK, there are also six small apartments in which previously homeless women can make a fresh start. In the two buildings there are workshops for communal use, a music practice room, a library, a quiet room and two guest apartments. There is a small community centre in the courtyard. A separate fund was created by the steering group, in order to equip the workshops.
