Siemens has only been a tenant of the building since 2010.
Siemens site / Otto-Hahn-Ring
In 1975, the “High-Tech Center” was built on an area of more than 30 hectares in Neuperlach South as a central Siemens location. It was often referred to as “Legoland” due to its design and colorfulness. The cross-shaped buildings form a honeycomb structure. Supply lines, ventilation pipes, roof structures and access routes are colored red, blue and yellow. The development continues here too: Siemens sold its site in 2010 and is now the tenant of the area.
