The Bavaria Towers are an ensemble of three office towers and a hotel tower with sloping roofs and softly curved shapes. The towers are located directly at the junction of the A94 motorway with Prinzregentenstrasse and Einsteinstrasse and form the "gateway" to the east of the city. In order not to overshadow the classic perspective of Munich with the new buildings, the height was limited to 84 metres. There are open spaces and water areas between the towers, which ensure a high quality of stay. All buildings were planned and built with sustainability in mind. The double-shell facade and the use of district heating contribute to an energy-efficient overall concept.
