Neumarkter Street

Along Neumarkter Street, seven street artists have designed the façades in their own style: The "Munich Art District" project promotes art and culture in public spaces and creates freely accessible exhibition areas. The design of Neumarkter Street is a pilot project as part of the commercial space development programme and the integrated climate protection action programme in Munich. The aim is to make the area fit for the future by, among other things, better connecting local people and utilising space and resources more efficiently.
