The residential buildings of ‘Ute’ are characterised by their unusual architecture and façade.
The balconies and arcades facing the inner courtyard are eye-catchers.
The fasade is designed with different woods.

Wogeno project "Ute
From Ute-Strittmatter-Straße, the three residential buildings of the Wogeno cooperative can be recognised from afar: their round Calypso balconies hanging from the arcades are reminiscent of theatre boxes or the folk festival ride of the same name. In addition to 82 flats, the three buildings also house three commercial units on the ground floor, including an ice cream parlour and a neighbourhood shop. These are intended to revitalise the neighbourhood.
The project is named after its address. Ute Strittmatter was a Munich activist for the rights and inclusion of women and girls with disabilities.
