Building community "gemeinsam freiham"

Low-cost, compact flats with family-friendly floor plans and shared rooms and gardens - that was and is the goal of the "gemeinsam freiham" building community. Currently, 33 flats of various sizes are being built on Marie-Luise-Jahn-Straße. They are distributed over four- or five-storey buildings and each has a terrace or balcony. The timber hybrid houses meet at least the KfW 55 efficiency house standard. In "gemeinsam freiham", all residents finance the jointly used areas and rooms. There are common rooms, workshops for working and repairing, and rooms for guests and parties. All flats were realised under the former "München Modell Eigentum" funding programme.
