In the very southeast of the Ecological Model Settlement is the project Der kleine Prinz.
Viewed from Jörg-Hube-Strasse, the project Der kleine Prinz begins with two four-story houses.
Behind the two houses follow 24 atrium houses.
Atrium houses have a courtyard in the center.
Between the houses of the Bürgerbauverein München and Der kleine Prinz there are areas for Urban Gardening.
The Kleine Prinz in the Ecological Model Settlement
On Jörg-Hube-Strasse there is an ensemble of 24 atrium houses and two point buildings. In addition to the living areas, there is also space for an ice cream parlour, guest apartments and a bicycle workshop. The special thing about this residential project is the fact that it was an initiative of the Kleine Prinz (Little Prince) community housing cooperative, which is mainly run by families. High architectural standards, a choice of floor plans, prioritising quality and common areas are their trademarks. This group of buildings was also built sustainably as part of the Ecological Model Settlement using a hybrid wood construction.
