Hofbräuhaus parking garage
The new underground parking garage on Thomas-Wimmer-Ring was opened in March 2021. In addition to parking spaces for 520 cars, the 'Hofbräuhaus Tiefgarage' offers above all a modern mobility hotspot with access to various sharing services, such as rental bikes. The underground parking garage is an important building block on the way to a car-free old town. The two-part concept offers Munich the opportunity to upgrade the Altstadtring in this area.
The colloquial name of the two-part project 'Tom and Hilde' is derived from Hildegardstraße and Thomas-Wimmer-Ring. It consists of the 'Hofbräuhaus Parkgarage' with mobility hotspot and the two townhouses being built as part of the 'Falckenberg Ensemble' (see previous stop).
