Falckenberg Ensemble

The 'Falckenberg Ensemble' is being built on the inner-city site between Maximilianstrasse and Tal. The construction of two mixed-use townhouses on the site of the former Fina multi-storey parking lot at Hildegardstrasse is intended to improve the attractiveness of the surrounding area with green spaces as well as squares, paths and streets. Around 15,000 square meters will then be available for offices, stores and apartments. One of the townhouse buildings is to be connected to the Mandarin Oriental Hotel via a tunnel. The townhouses of the 'Falckenberg Ensemble' and the 'Hofbräuhaus Parkgarage' with mobility hotspot (see next stop) form the two-part 'Tom and Hilde' project; the colloquial name is derived from Hildegardstrasse and Thomas-Wimmer-Ring.
