Project Tom and Hilde: Townhouses

The colloquial project name is derived from Hildegardstrasse and Thomas-Wimmer-Ring. The project consists of two parts. Two new buildings are being built on the site of the former Fina parking garage, providing around 15,000 m² of space for offices, stores and apartments. One of the two buildings is to be connected to the existing Mandarin Oriental hotel via a tunnel. Together with the new "Hofbräuhaus underground parking garage", the new building offers Munich the opportunity to upgrade the Altstadtring in this area. The improved living and working atmosphere will be joined by attractive green spaces.
