View of the facade of the 'Vier-Schanzen-Haus' or so-called 'four-hill-building'
Facade of the Vier-Schanzen-Haus
The so-called Vier-Schanzen-Haus, with its sloping roofs, characterises today's silhouette.
The shadow bank is surrounded by the turquoise-coloured Life shopping centre and the Vier-Schanzen-Haus.
Where the Plett-Zentrum used to be, there are now the 'Life' shopping centre and the 'Vier-Schanzen-Haus'.
This is what the shopping arcade in the former Plett-Zentrum looked like in 1986.
Vier-Schanzen-Haus (former Plett Center)
On the site of the former Plett Center, a mixture of residential and local shopping has been established. With its sloping roofs, the so-called Vier-Schanzen-Haus dominates today's skyline, as does the turquoise “Life-Einkaufszentrum” shopping center. A new ramp was also built as part of the new development. This provides a barrier-free connection between the district and Neuperlach's center on the other side of Ständlerstrasse.
