Quiddezentrum and Quidde35

More than 20 years ago, the Quiddezentrum was a local supply center for around 10,000 residents with stores and stores for daily needs as well as medical practices, restaurants and neighborhood facilities. Today, the center is empty and its demolition has been decided. In future, two new buildings with a total of 177 residential units on six to eight storeys are to be built on the site. The district store “Quidde 35 - Raum für Stadtsanierung” is currently filling the area with life. “Quidde35” is the contact point for Neuperlach residents for all questions relating to urban redevelopment in Neuperlach. The MGS district management is active there on behalf of the urban redevelopment: MGS consultations and events are held on the topics of the redevelopment.
