Art on the fasade under the "Work'n'Progress" project
WerkStadt Sendling
WerkStadt Sendling has been developed on the former production site of the tobacco company on Flössergasse in Mittlersendling since Philip Morris moved out in 2010. Start-ups and global market leaders from the fields of technology, communication, design, sports and entertainment now reside here on 31,300 square metres of floor space. The special ambience integrates offices and production areas, a café and a fitness studio. Investa Real Estate is the owner and landlord. In the next step, another 10,000 square metres of modern office lofts will be built.
The idea of making art tangible in public space inspired the street artists of WerkStadt Sendling, who created a large work of art on the façade under the name "Work'n'Progress" by the urban art duo "Low Bros".
